Volunteer Help Needed!

Meals on Wheels is a very worthwhile & important community service. This service assists individuals to remain in their own homes avoiding unnecessary or premature admission to a health care facility. Good nutrition is vital to their health & well-being as is the social contact provided when meals are delivered.

Please consider volunteering for Meals on Wheels. Our need for volunteers is very great.

We require Drivers and Couriers to deliver meals within the City of Lethbridge.

Drivers: Use their own vehicles at their own expense & assist with meal delivery

Couriers: Accompany drivers & deliver meals

Time Commitment: One and half hours

Frequency of Volunteering: Once a week on a monthly or bimonthly basis or "on call" as required

Meal Pick Up: 10:50 at the Pemmican Lodge 102 5th Ave. S
